Made an appt 4:30 was waiting in my car for 30mins. No one apologized for the wait. The service andvisor was very rude. And to top it off I have to return because whomever worked on my car forgot to rese one apologized for the wait. The service andvisor was very rude. Your service department needs a systems review. Period. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes for car to be delivered after service check out. If service is going to take 2-3 hours, tell me that….don’t tell me 1- It shouldn’t take 30 minutes for car to be delivered after service check out. If service is going to take 2-3 hours, tell me that….don’t tell me 1-1.5 hours. Your service consultants should not be allowed to text when customers are waiting. It is not a good look. If a service consultant leaves for the day, the customer should be told who is taking over. Was hopi g service dept would improve under new ownership. Free sodas and water are nice but improved systems would be far nicer. I would not recommend this service center but can’t submit this unless I say I would recommend. I call BS on that. More
Service representatives are super nice. Service center was fast! My only complaint is that I had a 9am appt and had to wait 35 min AFTER checking in with the rep. for the drop off.
