A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

Horrible customer service brought my 2021 Tacoma with 1400 miles for software update and an issue/concern about a radiator bracket which I thought was broken. After being inspected by the Claremont T 1400 miles for software update and an issue/concern about a radiator bracket which I thought was broken. After being inspected by the Claremont Toyota service manager and a certified technician as confirmed by Oscar they incorrectly insisted that the Bracket was broken and that Claremont Toyota was not going to honor the bumper to bumper guaranty. They advised me to take the vehicle where I bought it so they repair/replace the broken bracket Which I thought was outrageous since the dealership is 50+ miles away. I was upset and requested to speak to the service manager but they confirm that they were going to deny any type of warranty and that I should bring it to the dealership where I bought it from again 50+ miles away. Horrible horrible customer service. I did some more research when I got home and found out that the bracket is not broken that is the way that it was the design and the bracket is not broken so the certified technician and the service manager who inspected the truck did not know what they were talking about. Best decision I've made, My Venza was service at another Dealership. They made some mistakes. repaired Items that didn't resolve my problems . Never felt they were being honest with me .
