Great service, great advisors, great service technicians. My vehicle was experiencing a mechanical problem. For Years I have used Claremont Toyota for my vehicle service needs but because of covid-19 Claremo My vehicle was experiencing a mechanical problem. For Years I have used Claremont Toyota for my vehicle service needs but because of covid-19 Claremont dealership was closed. I took my vehicle to another Toyota dealership for service. This dealership service department performed a diagnostic test and their conclusion was questionable. I was not satisfied. Claremont Toyota eventually reopened and I brought in my vehicle. Olive, my service advisor, addressed my needs. She and the service technicians were knowledgeable in their job and thorough. My vehicle problem was resolved. My expectations were met. Being that I have always had A+ service from Claremont Toyota. Thank you. More

My experience with Oliva was great. She is very friendly and made me feel welcome. I think the people who service your car should be a little more conscious, my truck was delivered to me with grease smudges and made me feel welcome. When the vehicle goes in clean on the inside it should be returned to you in the same condition.
