Meh. I love my new used GMC but I found this for myself online. Otherwise I find the dealership over promising and under performing. When I left I was told I have 30 days nose to tail warrantee. As I was driving away I noticed a chip in the windshield (8 months pregnant and a super long day of driving to 4 dealerships and I was not turning around). When I got home I noticed missing floor mats in the back! I called Pablo, our sales rep and left a message about the mats. I called the next day to schedule for a windshield repair. No call back on the floor mats, run around on the windshield chip. Called Tuesday, weds, and each time no one can help and can I be called back. Sure. Never got a call back. I went to safe lite and autozone finally by day 4. Look, I love this car, but I am in Med device sales and this is very shortsighted and poor sales. A place that shows me loyalty on these tiny things is somewhere I will forever go out of my way to come back to, a place I will send my friends to (and I have two moving to Ontario this month who need cars, I will not be recommending Claremont). I have nothing terrible to say about Claremont Toyota but making good on your promises during an initial sales transaction matters. I am responsible for a $2 million territory myself, and I want the surgeon to love my ankle plates and screws but what I really want is to go out of my way on every tiny $100 detail and provide such service that the surgeon demands the hospital purchase my entire hospital suite. It’s about the sales cycle, not just the one car sale (your free sales advice). I wasn’t even denied window repair or floormats, I was simply ignored which is worse! I am extremely loyal but you are not giving me any reason to come back or send anyone to you. Which is a shame, I absolutely love this car but I don’t associate any of that love or happiness with your dealership and I would have, had I received a modicum of care on these tiny details. I might be back if I find my next car online there or I might not, but you lost out on earning my trust, loyalty, and referrals. More
