I have been a very long time customer. Services and 2 brand new cars off their lot! I typically refer, family and friends, however, after the service that was provided to me on 6/1/22, I’d Services and 2 brand new cars off their lot! Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change, I was told it’s free, just pay for the rotate of tires, fluids, etc. Great. Two weeks after that service I go to turn on windshield wipers, and my vehicle light went on, saying, refill water. I reviewed the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection sheet and everything was checked green (but my brakes), and indicated “Checked and Okay”. This is not good service and now I’m second guessing all the times I went in there for service, if I really received what I paid for. Disappointed and looking for another dealership. More
