I understand things are crazy right now. I was told 1.5-2 hours. Routine service took 3 hours. When I checked on my car at 3 hours, I believe I saw my paperwork sitting on the associates desk with 930 writte hours. Routine service took 3 hours. I’m thinking my car had been ready for 30 minutes while I’m sitting inside the dealership waiting. Slightly frustrating More

2 & 1/2 hours just to change the oil...xxx!?! I know for a fact it doesnt take that long. They just dont give a s***about making people sit here all xxxx day! I HATE CLAREMONT TOYOTA!!
