Miscommunication throughout process when booking appointment on phone with a live person. I requested to leave vehicle before 7 am ( work @ 7:30). ; keys to be left in lock box ( as I’ve done in pas appointment on phone with a live person. I requested to leave vehicle before 7 am ( work @ 7:30). ; keys to be left in lock box ( as I’ve done in past) Arrived @ 6:45 am and 8 cars in line already with green cones blocking left lane to enter parking lot. I went around the back ( service area) spoke to a friendly gentleman ( with beard) I asked where I can park my vehicle and leave keys since I needed to get to work. He kindly said sorry you have to Wait in that line after I explained to him I couldn’t. He said the line shouldn’t take that long. So I go back in line now the line is even longer and I had to wait. Everyone was friendly however, when I got to that point it’s now 720 and I am already late for work. My ride has been waiting on the street as now late when I asked to speak to Phil Taron, which is our assigned service advisor I had to wait even longer to be told that he is on vacation and then I couldn’t leave until I spoke to another advisor really late and I realize after speaking to Marisela from Toyota that I should have been able to move the cones and leave my keys in the lock box as originally requested a huge inconvenience and time lost at my job as integrity was questioned for me being late More
