Just called you guys as requested, and my call went straight into some kind of skytel message service. There appears to be an unfortunate pattern that exist with this dealership since its changed ownership from when i bought my vehicle. Starting to think the original response to my survey was just some window dressing for your rating service. You really want to make good with me? Reimburse me for the maintenace cost i had to come out of pocket for after leaving your dealership. Reimburse me for the 1 maintenance service i have remaining on my extended service plan, otherwise, don't bother me anymore! Ray
