This dealer prays on unsuspecting customers with their bad practices. Dealer charged my partner several thousand extra for "Cijajet" interior / exterior coating protection package. This is a total scammy bad practices. Dealer charged my partner several thousand extra for "Cijajet" interior / exterior coating protection package. This is a total scammy add on and when I tried to call to make a claim cijajet seemed surprised I was calling them since the coating package they added to his car probably doesn't exist as they couldn't even explain to me what the actual product name or specification actually was. The dealer financed his loan with an excessively high interest rate, more than 10%! And to top it off, sold him a 5yr extended warranty on a 2 year old certified car, but made the start date the original in service date of the car - shorting him two years of coverage. I tried to call and get his money back but they refused on both the protection package and the warranty. Do your homework, check and research all charges on your invoice (don't pay for "other fees", negotiate the dealer doc fee to be below the Texas state max of ~$225) and shop around for financing and avoid this dealer, save yourself a lot of money and trouble. More

I'm so sick of dealerships treating you as if they were doing you a favor. I had an appointment for service and I interacted with 4 people, only 1 out of 4 was actually nice to me. Since I got off the car the guy got upset at me because I wanted to do "too many things" for maintenance. I guess doing tire rotation and oil change is too much of an issue. When it was time to pick up my car, turns out they had ignored some of my requests and weren't done. I had to take care of it myself. I just don't understand why I'm paying so much for these services each month if I'm going to be treated like this. More
