I took my vehicle for a tire replacement . Susan R was excellent and communicated well. I only wish that AllState didn’t provide a cheaper tire LandSail. I prefer to have the original Honda or the Iota so that all my tires are the same because I feel the difference. Also when I purchased my vehicle I was not informed of my free oil changes so I basically lost them. I purchased Jan 15 2024 and I’ve never received any free oil change because I was not aware. As mentioned previously customer service was excellent though. Thank you Susan More
Process is slow as expected, 3 hours of talking with different people and disclosing documents that I am glad I had with me otherwise, the sale may not have been made on the same day.
