Everything went well my service agent was great! My only complaint is that I had trouble getting my first oil change scheduled. I didn't have to hassle with anything. I also have trouble with my Honda app because it has my previous Honda vehicle. I understand that I need to add my VIN of my new vehicle to the app and delete the old one. However, I didn't experience any of this with my Toyota 4Runner. More
