Clark-Knapp Honda - Service Center

Showed up to honda and a line of 5 cars was already formed. Once the service door was opening a gentleman was directing cars left and right. I was sent to the right of the service department. The two works started going down the line asking for info. For some reason or another I was skipped. I kindly asked the worker why were they skipping me and he said that the line I was in was for oil change nothing doing with service like a broken light etc... he said I had to go inside.. I was like but you could atleast ask me what I'm here for instead of letting me sit here waiting.. I was the 6th car there and I ended up being the 12th person being helped all because the workers are helpful.. no sign to let customers know where to go.. very disappointed.. this is my second lease at honda but never again.. so quick to see u a car but not for service.. never answers the phone More
