BUYER BEWARE – Stay far away from Classic Buick GMC. Their service department has been a nightmare since the day we drove our brand-new vehicle off the lot. After service, our vehicle was returned to Their service department has been a nightmare since the day we drove our brand-new vehicle off the lot. After service, our vehicle was returned to us in unacceptable condition, and our windshield had a chip and a crack running down it. We reported the issue and sent photos to Marilyn in the service department, but after multiple calls and texts we never received a response. No accountability and no follow-up. We also dealt with Anthony in the service department for over a year, and communication has been terrible. We were told for three months that our windshield had been ordered and scheduled for replacement, only to find out from a manager that it was never ordered at all. Messages are left on read, calls aren’t returned, and problems never get resolved. They tell you what you want to hear and then ghost you. When you spend your hard-earned money on a brand-new vehicle, you expect basic customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this dealership offers neither. We will never purchase another vehicle from Classic Buick GMC again. More

This entire experience was unsatisfactory and if it hadn’t been for Pedro the finance guy, we would have walked out and not bought the car. Our salesman was inexperienced. The sales manager LIED to me multiple times and I have some of these lies in writing. And he never once introduced himself to me in person. Never met anyone in service even though I was instructed to say in this survey that I was walked into the service department and introduced to a representative. More
