Purchasing my new 2025 Hummer at Classic Elite Buick GMC was an amazing experience! My salesperson was Jose and he very knowledgeable, always courteous, respectful courtesy and driven to make sure I get the best deal. This was my third (3) vehicle that I brought and used Jose to assist me in the buying journey. He is more than a salesman he is a friend of the family now. The GM Jorge is great along with Shannon, Charlene and the entire Classic Elite team. I wish them continue success and look forward to working with all of them in the future. Luckily, there was another car on the lot that met the specifications I was looking for. The buying process was way too long. I was there for over four hours and had to come back the next day to pick up the car I purchased. I was originally told it would be ready the day I was there and signed papers. Overall, not a great experience, and, I have received zero customer service or response to my emails since my purchase. At this point, I can't say I will be a return customer - nor would I recommend you to friends or family. More
