Margery provided prompt service and was very personable! I needed an oil change while I was in Houston. I called my dealership in Grapevine and they explained that their sister dealership was in Sugarland. I needed an oil change while I was in Houston. Gilbert left for the day after he told me what time to be there to pick up my truck. No other service advisor knew the status of my vehicle when I arrived. The check engine light was still on and another ser there to pick up my truck. No other service advisor knew the status of my vehicle when I arrived. The check engine light was still on and another service advisor cleared it and said they must have cleared it but all work was completed and the truck was done and ready to go. The next morning the check engine light came back on and has to take it back again for repair. It was corrected the 2nd trip but would not recommend Gilbert as a service advisor More
