Disappointed. 1) Excessive charge for a diagnostic as I already had the check engine codes indicating a problem with the cooling water temperature sensor and had c 1) Excessive charge for a diagnostic as I already had the check engine codes indicating a problem with the cooling water temperature sensor and had communicated them to you. 2) I asked for a cost estimate to fix a separate problem, a problem with my passenger window not opening. This was not provided to me and I was told that in order to obtain a quote I would have to leave my truck with you for a 3rd day, and pay for a separate diagnostic from the one I had already been charged. I found this unacceptable. 3) A more than $700 bill to replace a cooling system temperature sensor and its connecting wire seems excessive. 4) Finally, I brought the car in at 8:15am, was promised it back by same afternoon but this simple repair ended up taking two full days thus leaving me without a vehicle when I needed one desperately on the second day of repairs. The only positive I can comment is that the replacement temperature sensor is so far operating properly. More
