I made an appointment and took the day off to have the 30K mile maintenance done. Told the service manager that needed to be done along with an oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later....oil was c 30K mile maintenance done. Told the service manager that needed to be done along with an oil change and tire rotation. Two hours later....oil was changed and tires rotated but only received a quote for the 30K mile maintenance. Wasted 2 hours of my day and still dont have the 30K mile maintenance done. Two hours to do an oil change and tire rotation? You've got to be kidding me. More
