Had transmisson replaced and they forgot to connect the shaft that connects to transfer case for the 4 wheel drive. But I was lucky that something in my head said check the trans before you leave and it wa shaft that connects to transfer case for the 4 wheel drive. But I was lucky that something in my head said check the trans before you leave and it was a good thing I did. Since it could have been very bad if an accident occurred. But it let me know something else when they did there test drive the 4 wheel was not tested. Which could have let them know of the issue since that would have activated the shaft causing it to spin and or check transmisson prompt would have turned on. I would like to say this has been my only bad experience there. But I am glad the service manager delt with the issue promptly and got me on my way. More
