Went on for leaking tire fix (under hazard warranty), oil change, and tire rotation. Thought that service was ok at time (my seat was pulled all the way forward and I was not warned, I hit my knees hard upon change, and tire rotation. Thought that service was ok at time (my seat was pulled all the way forward and I was not warned, I hit my knees hard upon entering vehicle after service) until next AM my "patched" tire started leaking again. The tire was in same position on vehicle, even though the tires were supposedly rotated (invoice even stated rotated tires). I scheduled a follow-up appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. The service advisor was nowhere be found and my vehicle was checked in and taken by someone in dept. 30 mins later I received a welcome text from the assigned advisor, stating they could be contacted via this #, etc. After sitting in dealership for 2 hours for one leaking tire and seeing many patrons that arrived well after me receiving service, I texted the number provided asking for a status update. After 45 minutes and no response to text, I hunted down the service advisor for an update and/or just get my vehicle. The advisor said "What, no one brought your truck to the front. I did not even know you were waiting here" "Also, you tires are shot, we cannot patch a patched tire. Would you like me to price new tires for you?" After sitting in dealership for 3 hours, nothing was done to my vehicle. I could have been told at arrival, that a patched tire would not be patched. Also the nerve to want to price and sell me tires when you had no idea I was in the dealership, even after I texted number I was given, etc. I stated I would price and get tires elsewhere, and the service advisor continued to try and sell my annoyed self tires. I will definitely use another provider going forward, and my pre-paid oil changes at vehicle purchase likewise will be used elsewhere. More

I had to bring my car in three separate times for what was originally thought to be a flat tire, but the real issue was a cracked rim. Unfortunately, that wasn’t discovered until my third visit—despite one of the service advisors mentioning the possibility earlier—because no one checked the rim until I specifically asked them to. My service advisor, Gilbert, acknowledged the oversight and offered me a discount on a new rim, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to follow up to get the pricing after the discount, he stopped answering my calls. I called more than three times with no response. I eventually went to Classic Elite Chevrolet on Highway 6, explained the situation, and they resolved the issue right away and offered me a discount without any hassle. More
