Daniel in the finance department tried to force me to use the dealer's preferred bank, Ally, after I repeatedly told him I had pre-approval from my Capital One and wasn't interested in other options. He ran the dealer's preferred bank, Ally, after I repeatedly told him I had pre-approval from my Capital One and wasn't interested in other options. He ran a hard credit check with Ally against my wishes and even went as far as to draft up all the paperwork for financing with Ally and tried to play it off as a simple mistake when I caught him. Aggressive sales tactics from a shady finance manager and a borderline scam artist. Would never do business here again or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

From front to back, the service was exceptional. Everyone I passed on my initial visit was personable and friendly. I noticed that there was a team spirit that dominated the environment. Omar was great as he was the initial salesperson who showed me the car, and Mohommed Sadrulula provided excellent customer service and customer care throughout and after the buying process. I am very big on customer service which is often lacking in today's sales environment. I was impressed with Classic Elite Chevrolet because of those two individuals.
