This work was warranty work, no loaner was available because I didn't have an appointment, my truck broke down on my way to work. I was told to get a rental but they couldn't guarantee me a reimbursemen because I didn't have an appointment, my truck broke down on my way to work. I was told to get a rental but they couldn't guarantee me a reimbursement until they diagnosed the problem. The completion date kept getting pushed back and I had to find other ways to and from work. When I picked it up, two days later I would have to return it for an issue that did not exist until I had the warranty work done. I then was offered a loaner which I should have been offered in the first place. They push loaners when you buy from them. My purchase and service was unacceptable. I have now tried to reach finance since 8/28 to get a prorated refund on my warranties because I upgraded my vehicle. Once they find out why you are calling no one ever calls, the chats were unsuccessful and the only inquiry for an email address to finance was unsuccessful. Worse dealership I have ever worked with. More
