This review is for the 4th time my vehicle needed to be serviced for the same problems. This last time, there was a warranty issue between the dealership and a third-party company that took over a month t serviced for the same problems. This last time, there was a warranty issue between the dealership and a third-party company that took over a month to resolve. During this time, my suburban was left sitting in the lot in this heat we've had this summer. When my suburban was returned, the tint was ruined on every window, my tire caps were all missing (brand new), and my vehicle has new problems, indicated by my newly lit up dashboard, that it didn't have the previous three times it was dropped off. I will never take my vehicle there again. I will find another Chevy dealership to service my vehicle. More

Absolutely worst experience buying a vehicle in my life. I’ve made 2 trips and still have to go back to sign paperwork. I have spent 7 hours waiting in the dealership. Didn’t get the price for my truck & still needs papers signed. I drove 20 minutes out of my way specifically because of the large selection of work trucks. I told the salesman I needed a work truck for my business. After telling me I couldn’t have anyone of those because they were fleet only, he identified a truck. I wasn’t happy over the numbers, but I had no choice because the appraiser broke my truck and locked it in 4WD low. After 3 hours I bought the truck only to find out it couldn’t pull my trailer and wasn’t good enough for me. I specifically told them I only had 3 hours to complete the sale. I had to get a ride home from my son. The next day I send my son to get the truck, they added a trailer hitch (that I had to buy) to it. I find out it’s a 1500 and was told I had to have a 250 to pull my trailer. I called and told them I can’t buy that truck. They tried to sell me a truck that wasn’t built for what I needed. My son picks out a different truck, and spends 3 hours waiting. I come to dealer (to sign the papers) wait a hour and finally talk to a manager (so they said) (Tony I believe) who said to take the truck and they’d do paperwork and I can come back the third time. One person tried to help, but the whole process was unacceptable & to long of waiting game. My last 2 purchases (new Jeep & a used truck) didn’t take more than an hour to complete either. I rated a 1 star because a zero wasn’t an option. More
