Initially I had an appointment at noon with another service advisor but after waiting for around 25 minutes, Chris Hogan ends up coming from his office and helping me. He apologized for the wait and ensured me that he will put a rush on my service. 5 stars to Chris! Had my oil change and they even washed my car. Only deducted the one star due to the initial wait and none appearance of the service advisor. More
