This place kept my vehicle for 12 day tondona timing chain, fuel pump and oil change without offering a loaner car or updating me on the status. When did get it back, the original error codes for the t chain, fuel pump and oil change without offering a loaner car or updating me on the status. When did get it back, the original error codes for the timing chain still existed. The vehicle had no oil in it and the seals were leaking. Me and my niece cheked the.oil and ther was none in it. When I took it back they told me it had oil. They say they test drove it 4 times with no problem. The sound was gone probable because they put oil in it. I had done oOnstar diagnostic reports before, turning this time frame with the same error codes coming up. I didn't trust them anymore ND took it to another dealership that stated the.job was not done.correctly, there was oil all over the engine and gasket seals were not properly installed. I had to pay an additional $500 plus car rental to be able to get around to my doctor appointments. I did not trust going back to them again. I even spoke to the after waiting several hours with out any response or text about the status of my vehicle. It took themb4 hours to tell me I had oil in my vehicle and it was running good. DONT GO THERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND WAIT TIME TERRIBLE. More
