Overall they took good care of me and my Tahoe. However, I feel like some items needed replacing were questionable and a way to make more money off of me. I thought all my fluids would be checked w However, I feel like some items needed replacing were questionable and a way to make more money off of me. I thought all my fluids would be checked when serviced, but my windshield fluid was empty so I had to fill it myself. I also got 2 new tires elsewhere since I was being overcharged at the dealer. There was also a nail in the front tire that was missed and I had it fixed for free where I got my new tires. When I was changing the engine air filter, one of the screw holes was broken and there was a missing screw from another hole leaving the air box not completely sealed, which was making the filter worst. I was able to replace the filter at a fraction of the cost at the deal and secure the air box properly myself. I was originally going to the dealer since the car was still under waranty, but now I will consider getting my service done elsewhere since my waranty is now expired. Lastly, Margery is an excellent advisor and has always done well taking care of me. More

I am very pleased with our experience. I was in contact with someone for a few days before going to the dealership. Ethan had the vehicle out and ready to go for a test drive when we arriv I was in contact with someone for a few days before going to the dealership. Ethan had the vehicle out and ready to go for a test drive when we arrived. We were in and out with my new Tahoe in about 3 hours. Ethan and Nadar worked with us and was able to give a good deal. I finally have my dream car! More

Basically the service center agent Rafeal was amazing. He was stoic, professional, courteous, caring and through. To be honest I’m impressed with all aspects of this dealership except for Sales department He was stoic, professional, courteous, caring and through. To be honest I’m impressed with all aspects of this dealership except for Sales department. My sales rep was a xxxxx and the BDC REP in used sales Michelle Duran was conniving, sketchy, tried to use flirting to invoke a sale, was manipulating and when unsuccessful was rude uncourteous with zero professionalism. Made an appt to get a replacement key FOC for my car. Got a 7:15 a.m. appt. When I arrived I was told that the FOB service person didn't arrive until 9:00. What the xxxx?! Anyway *Ashley* was great. Personable, professional, responsive to my questions etc. In closing...OMG a $438 bill for a key FOB. Are you kidding me?????? Incredible. High-way robbery. This was $100 more than I paid for the very same service only 2 years ago. No wonder there are so many jokes about going to a dealership for service. Also the key FOBs themselves are very poor quality. The buttons don't hold up at all. The top plastic/rubber over the buttons literally wears away and falls off! More
