I brought my truck in for a front end alignment and a free inspection on the whole truck. Unfortunately, I only received the alignment. Once again I tried to explain to him and he continues to say he doesn’t have any notes on that service. Mr. Jeff stated that my truck was parked on the end. Mr. Jeff stated that if I could drive, I wouldn’t have a problem driving it from the back. Mr. Jeff tried to stop me going to my truck and I informed Mr.Jeff I was finished talking. After getting to my truck, Mr Jeff approached me about my concern. Once again I stated there was nothing else to say to him. I asked him to step away from my truck. H Mr.Jeff first approach to was did they tell you how much this will cost? I asked him the price and he said $139. I told him to do the work on the truck. If I had an appointment, I do believe the price was discussed with me. More

The entire process was pretty quick and hassle free. But it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that I was cheated out of $1500. The sale price listed on the Classic Chevrolet Sugar Land webs But it wasn’t until I got home that I realized that I was cheated out of $1500. The sale price listed on the Classic Chevrolet Sugar Land website was $52,815. I called and asked about getting 2 additional discounts - $500 Military Discount and $1000 Customer Loyalty Discount. I was told by Adriana Olvera that when I arrived at the dealership they would verify if I was eligible for the discounts. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Aaron Strand. I asked him about the discounts. We were able to verify that I qualified for both discounts, totaling an additional $1500 off the price of the truck. He already had the invoice ready for me to sign so he had to change it. He left and came back with a new invoice. He told me and pointed to the number and said, “here is where I added the discounts”, and I believed him. I signed it and then completed the finance portion. When I got home I was reviewing the invoice that he prepared for me. Something seemed off and luckily I had taken a picture of the website showing the sale price. I compared the sale price on the website and then on the invoice. He never really dropped the sale price. All he did was move some numbers around. Complete con artist. I messaged him as to why the sale price was not reduced. But all he told me was that j was confused and then dismissed me. Complete garbage salesman. More

I dropped my vehicle off after my engine light came on. The vehicle is a lightly used 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 with only 60,000 miles on it. They said it would take 3 weeks just to diagnose the issue. The vehicle is a lightly used 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 with only 60,000 miles on it. They said it would take 3 weeks just to diagnose the issue. I decided to leave the vehicle at the dealership because the wait time to do the diagnosis begins from drop off. After considering it over night, I determined I needed to take it elsewhere. When I called the dealership and asked them to bring it up to the front and I would be in shortly to pick it up, they said they could not do that, and I would just have to wait for them to retrieve it. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they said he was unavailable. When I asked for a name so I could follow up when I arrived at the dealership, the representative hung up on me. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership and have had it serviced exclusively at the dealership, but they have lost my business both for this vehicle and future purchases. I long for the days of Don Kersetter running the dealership. Finally, I had to do a full transmission rebuild for over $6800 on this vehicle. Coincidently, my contractor on a property I own had the exact same issue on his 2016 Silverado this morning. Chevy obviously has an issue with its transmissions. Ram or Toyota, here I come. More
