I take my truck everytime it's time for an oil change that I pay 100 for. My truck started having issues come to find out it had no anti freeze , my truck had just been serviced 3 days before! we worked with Alfred and we were almost sold a car that was not what we wanted. I asked for a black Tahoe and was told that they did not have any four-wheel-drive because I was alone without my husband the was not what we wanted. I asked for a black Tahoe and was told that they did not have any four-wheel-drive because I was alone without my husband there we have now had endless issues with our truck that we bought there the service department has not been helpful. Alfred refuses to text back about buying another truck to replace the truck that the service department caused more issues with overall I would never buy another vehicle or use their service department again.
