Still having an ongoing issue that was caused by the service department at the dealership. Instead of doing everything in their power to make me comfortable while fixing the problem they caused, Rodney service department at the dealership. Instead of doing everything in their power to make me comfortable while fixing the problem they caused, Rodney continues to ask me over and over to inconvenience myself by driving my vehicle an hour to the dealership after I get off work so he can have it taken to Don Herring in Irving. He's offering to provide me a loaner, but I shouldn't be asked to waste anymore of time, money, fuel, or wear on my vehicle just to appease him because he doesn't want to tow it. It's a very poor way to do business. & this has been going on for over a week now. Over 2 weeks if you count the service visit where they supposedly aligned my vehicle on the 13th. In my experience, when I've done something wrong & caused damage & complications to someone's property - I accept full responsibilty and ensure I provide exceptional service and value to the customer and make their lives as easy as possible while I take care of my mistake & make it right. I don't ask them to inconvenience themselves just to make my life easier. More
