Once they said yes I told them I was on my way and had to go to work as soon as it was fixed. They let me know they would do their best to get me out as quickly as possible. When I arrived was meet by Jim and my car went right back to get its new battery. I was out in about 20 minutes. More

Refreshing! It started with a call when Carl noticed I had hit your website. I pointed out just looking not ready to buy, and not looking to be bothered. I received an email stating some of the benefits of buying from Marshall. I stopped by your lot on Saturday, he greeted me at front of lot when I was looking, at that time he didn't know we had talked. I told him I might be interested and I would need an estimate on my trade in. He told me he would get started as I looked. Brought a paper for me to sign so they could give me an estimate and asked me where I wanted to fall on payment. I told him that I was looking at a F250, so let me know his best because I don't want to play those back and forth games, just did that at Jeep with my son before Christmas. He came back and naturally it was lower than I wanted, but again it wasn't a pressure situation or game. He pointed out some of the features on different models and again was willing to let us look. I asked him to drive one and he was all over it. I paid a little more or didn't quite get what I wanted out of my other one, but the service and approach was ideal. My father was a ford dealer many moons ago and it reminded me a lot of the small town approach. I've owned enough fords over the years to understand the quality and service. The only improvement I could think of is less time from the time you say you'll take it to the time your driving away, but every dealership needs to work on that. Thanks, Bernie More
