The only minor disappointment was having to wait for the part to be delivered, but that's understandable with such a rare car. When the part arrived, I was phoned immediately, got it installed later that same day without delay, & was on my way earlier than expected. All at no cost, since my C-Max is still under warranty. I really like this car & am glad to hear there will be more Ford hybrid & plug-in models available in the near future. More

I received a friendly text message from Megan the day before reminding me of my appointment. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, the service rep asked if I was waiting, I said yes. He showed me to the waiting room and showed me where the coffee was.. I went out into the showroom and talked to my sales person about how much I loved my new car. I went back to the waiting room, looked up some stuff on my phone. The serviceman called my name and told me everything was done and my car was ready. We did go back to the cashier so I could get a printed copy of the work done for my records. He gave me my keys and I was on my way home. Very fast on time service. More

Recent service A while back I came in to address the engine light being on. When found, it affected the gas tank but that was too full to address the problem and I A while back I came in to address the engine light being on. When found, it affected the gas tank but that was too full to address the problem and I had to bring it in a few weeks later. So, I brought the car in and the person I had dealt with (Steve Hageman) remembered the incident. Your staff did their usual excellent work in a short time and I was on my way in less than an hour. As I was paying, another gentleman from your service area said he had backed the car into the garage so I would not have to risk the weather outside, as it had been trying to rain. More
