Jeff Cramer is the sales associate I worked with. He was professional and maintained a no pressure sales demeanor throughout my time working with him. Jeff took the time to understand what I was look He was professional and maintained a no pressure sales demeanor throughout my time working with him. Jeff took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me some options. Upon settling on a vehicle Jeff informed me the vehicle was in transit to the dealership. Jeff made me fully aware of the timeframe and steps I needed to take to secure a deposit on it. It took a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive, during this time Jeff kept me informed with regular updates. Closing on the vehicle was very easy and the team made me feel comfortable throughout the process. More
