Including assistance with insurance sign up. Got what I wanted at a fair price. Did a very good sales job. Only down side was the finance guy who was arrogant even though I bought in cash he pushed the $2,000 warranty buy up three times. He waved his phone saying remember apple and new technology. Kind of made me uncomfortable with the Honda reputation which I chose over another Subaru which I still have. More
