No public wi-fi or loaner cars Unfortunately, the day I bought my car, I was not feeling well at all (the early stages of Lyme) and therefore I didn't negotiate as good a deal as I Unfortunately, the day I bought my car, I was not feeling well at all (the early stages of Lyme) and therefore I didn't negotiate as good a deal as I should have done. My fault. However, now my car has developed a warranty issue and I find out they don't have loaner cars but will help me get a rental car for $40/day. Not a good practice at all. Even if I were to sit and wait for a repair to be done, they do not offer public wi-fi so there is no way I could wait and be productive at the same time. Again, not a good practice at all, especially if one is stuck waiting for multiple hours. More

Walked in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and saw Bob at his desk. Sat down with Bob and within minutes I test drove an Accord. During the test drive my car was appraised for a trade in. Picked up the new Accord the following Monday evening. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I recommend to see Bob at Clinton Honda for your next Honda. More

From the moment I walked in and spoke to Bob, I knew I was dealing with someone that I can trust and feel comfortable with. I came back a few days later after I got my paperwork together and we sat down and did a stress free deal with friendly and professional negotiations. No hard sells or bait and switch. We went to Clinton Honda just to see our options instead of seeing pictures. Charlie met us at the door and the service only got better from there. We went with our 4, young children and were clear that we needed the process to be quick. Charlie (the salesman) and Alex (manager) were nothing but patient, understanding, professional, and QUICK with what we needed. There was no back and forth. It was pretty much bottom line to bottom line and we walked out with our new car soon after. My husband and I have purchased many cars in the past and have never had such a wonderful experience.
