Worst My family have purchased dozens- yes dozens- of cars from Mike Smith in Paducah Ky. We CURREENTLY have 6. we were recently told that one of our Tacom My family have purchased dozens- yes dozens- of cars from Mike Smith in Paducah Ky. We CURREENTLY have 6. we were recently told that one of our Tacoma’s was recalled -for several safety reasons. Now we learn that Mike Smith will not honor the recalls and fix the dangerous hazards! We didn’t receive any notices but after ALL these years of buying from Mike, he turned his back on our loyalty. We will but at least two more vehicles in the next 6 months but it won’t be from our old friend Mike Smith in Paducah. He is apparently too big to honor his loyal customers regarding safety recalls. Mike just can’t be bothered. Or maybe his gatekeepers just thought it would be more impowering to refuse a loyal customer of DECADES. More
