Best Dealership I've Ever Known Mike Smith's is absolutely the best dealership I've ever dealt with in my lifetime (68 years)! The Service Department is very accomodating and helpful. David Lucas has been the best salesman I've ever dealt with, too. In the past, I was able to purchase a virtually new used Prius that had less than 3,000 miles on it for a very decent price having David as my salesman. The last day of July, as I had brought it in for a scheduled service, there was a new 2017 Prius Touring Sedan sitting out front that was the color I wanted for my next car (Sea Coral). Checking it out I was approached by one of the salesmen there and told him it was the color car I intended to buy next. He asked me if I had a preferred salesman to which I replied with David's name. Shortly, David came out to be with me, and we went over the details of the car thoroughly. I had actually somewhat intended to purchase a Prius 3 sometime between Oct. 1st and the end of the year, but David gave me such a great bargain on this one that I could not turn it down. Now after my first almost 5,000 miles, I am averaging 57.2 mpg with this car! Outstanding and also a very comfortable interior to sit and ride in. I am very satisfied with this car and should I live long enough and still able to drive when I decide it's time for this one to be traded in, I will definitely be back at Mike Smith's to purchase it and hope David is still here to once again sell it to me. More

Found the "right" car After being unhappy with a recent XLE Highlander new car purchase from another dealership, I happened upon Mike Smith Toyota. I asked for a Sales Rep After being unhappy with a recent XLE Highlander new car purchase from another dealership, I happened upon Mike Smith Toyota. I asked for a Sales Representative, David Lucas, that sold me a previous Highlander Hybrid in 2009. To my surprise David greeted me immediately and remembered me from 2009. He realized that I was not fully happy with my XLE and suggested that I consider a XLE Highlander Hybrid. We quickly came to financial terms. I picked up my new Highlander Hybrid last Friday and am extremely happy with my new purchase. David Lucas made a sensitive situation a great opportunity for both of us. I look forward to future dealings with David and Mike Smith Toyota. It is nice to see that there exists a"human" side to a corporation as large as Toyota. Thank You! More

I went to Mike Smith Toyota to look for a new SUV. David Lucas was the person that worked with me. He did an excellent job of answering my questions, finding exactly what I wanted, helping me work through Lucas was the person that worked with me.
