They blamed it on a faulty oil filter and sent me on my way with a “new” filter and washer/ring. I still had the nice burned oil smell, so I took it to another dealer. They used a cheap filter and REUSED the washer. More

they was frienly with you before you buy the car and lie there way to the end.Lance had sent me text mesages saying he would fix the car I bought from mike smith kia at no cost to me.the day I left the lot there way to the end.Lance had sent me text mesages saying he would fix the car I bought from mike smith kia at no cost to me.the day I left the lot I notice the gas gage not working after SHERRY told me it had a full tank of gas(LIED) the gas was on emty but gage stays on full.the heater wasnt working they say they fixed it and they didnt (lied) Lance said I never told him that my car been looked at already(lied) Lance said they would fix my car free (Lied) I got his texts mesages to prove this..and the owner mike smith is a very rude person who will call you on the phone and yell and hang up on you,but to scard to let me talk face to face with him.they should of told me in the begining that I bought the car as is but instead they told me they will fix it free this is why am so upset and I reported them to BBB and every one I talk to they are liers am not sure if the hole staff is but I do know that mike smith and sherry and lance is liers More
