Brian was so friendly, professional, and efficient in getting me in and out for my service appointment. He reviewed everything that would be completed and recommended another service (alignment), but exp getting me in and out for my service appointment. I appreciated his being transparent and also with the recommendation. He called as soon as my car was finished and reminded me to call the shuttle driver before 4:00. At a time when I was already having major challenges, when my Kia had her “heart attack” I was so upset. Everyone I spoke with or came in contact with at Coastal Kia was so nice, helpful and cheerful. A when my Kia had her “heart attack” I was so upset. Everyone I spoke with or came in contact with at Coastal Kia was so nice, helpful and cheerful. And, AJ Boone was the nicest person I could ever have asked for to work with. He was patient in answering my questions and very polite and kind. And everyone (in my world) has been so impressed with how Kia owned up and backed their product. And a few who are looking at getting another car are now looking at Kia. At my age my Kia will probably out live me but if I do need another car in the future it will be frim Coastal Kia. Also, I had the comp car wash yesterday and that was also a lovely experience. Sometimes, you don’t know how a bad situation can ever become a positive thing.
