Absolutely TERRIBLE experience Purchased a Ram 1500 sport from this place and it was by far the worst experience ever. Even with putting 10k down on the truck it took them over 6 h Purchased a Ram 1500 sport from this place and it was by far the worst experience ever. Even with putting 10k down on the truck it took them over 6 hours to finalize financing. I have never ever had this type of problem in my life. Once in the business office i noticed that they tried bumping my rate two points higher than what was quoted. I had to tell them how to secure a duplicate title for my trade due to the original being lost and they wanted me to send them more money to do so. A few days after I purchased the truck...I received a letter from Ally Auto letting me know that the rate they put in the system again was not the rate quoted...still a full point higher than it should have been. Ally made the change and my payment was where it should have been. This is one of the shadiest places I have ever dealt with. Customer Services was beyond terrible and their business practices are ridiculous. I advise anyone and everyone to go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. They are not only crooks, but also incompetent .
