They did ok. Everytime I come I ask them to vaccum the car when the wash it ,it seems to be a problem. They NEVER do it. I would have even paid for them to do it. Friendly staff and GREAT service! My experience with Coastal Kia has been good from the very start. My salesman was Kelvin and he was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable and negotiated on my behalf to get the best deal! I will definitely recommend him to any friends who are thinking about buying a Kia. I came in for service over the weekend and Michael took care of me in the Service Department. He was very efficient and just a nice guy. He told me it might be a while and that I could use the shuttle service if I would prefer not to wait in the waiting room. I did use the shuttle and when I got my car back it was squeaky clean!! Great service! :) Kelly was the gentleman that gave me the shuttle ride to Mayfaire while my car was being updated.. I really enjoyed talking with him while we drove there. He was such a happy & personable person and when I called for a return ride, he was very quick. Everybody I crossed paths with at Coastal Kia was a pleasure to talk to and work with. Customer Service is HUGE in my books and they did an outstanding job! More

Coastal KIA Kelvin was very friendly and helpful. Willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my experience after having a bad expe Kelvin was very friendly and helpful.
