Definitely the best Coastal Kia's Service Department has the best customer service, the best waiting area, the best people, and it is so easy to see that they truly want Coastal Kia's Service Department has the best customer service, the best waiting area, the best people, and it is so easy to see that they truly want to make you a lifelong customer. They stick to appointment times and do their best to get your car finished in a timely manner. They don't try to sell you things you don't really need and are honest about what is necessary, what can wait just a bit and what not to put off. They're not pushy and are super helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. I can't recommend them highly enough! More

The night before my scheduled appointment, Dogukan Imir contacted me and asked if I would be interested in looking at a new car and I said I could always look. Due to his initiative, I traded my kia for a newer one. There was no pressure to trade. Michael Mascavage quickly expedited the paper work and I left with my new car. Very pleased and happy. More

Top Notch Service I took my daughter's car in for 2 issues. The technician quickly determined the reason was due to an aftermarket item that was causing electrical iss I took my daughter's car in for 2 issues.
