Unresolved I called dealership and was connected with a salesman. I told him what I wanted....he told me the car he showed me had a feature that it did not. The car was delivered to my house because I was on vacation. I texted him immediately to let him know the car did not include a very important option. Told me I would have to trade car in to get the car I wanted...he would nt exchange a car with feature I wanted. Issue is still not resolved. I have attempted to contact a person in upper management left several messages, he did attempt to call back 1 time during business day..I have called and left messages....lesson learned... verify everything you are told...believe nothing. More
