Incredible customer service. I have to admit I was hesitant on going. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, attention and professionalism I received. He was so polite and good-natured that we felt comfortable working with him. He exceeded all our expectation by listening to our wishes and making knowledgeable recommendations. After a test drive, we agreed with his choice and proceeded to complete the necessary paperwork. Jason went out of his way to ensure that we obtained the best possible deal. Buying from Coastal Kia was a great experience! I was looking for a vehicle but not planning on buying the same day. Kelvin was the salesman who helped me and I have nothing but great things to say I was looking for a vehicle but not planning on buying the same day. Kelvin was the salesman who helped me and I have nothing but great things to say about his approach. Not only was he very professional, he was not pushy in any way, shape or form. Nothing turns me off more, than a pushy saleperson. I had already decided I liked the vehicle, and so it was just a matter of time to process buying a new car (something I had not done before). Kelvin was very patient and understanding through the whole process. I did not go home that night with a new car, he allowed me the time to think about it. While this may not have been the best thing for Kelvin as a salesperson, it was the right thing to do for me, the customer. He earned my respect and so I chose to buy my new Kia Sportage with WIlmington Kia. Had I of been pressured at all, I would not of bought the car. I also appreciated all the help Mike Mascavage gave me in the Finance Department. A very friendly dealership from the beginning to the end. More
