Great and friendly service Bob Tomlinson, Assistant Service Manager, met me at my car when I pulled in and addressed me by name. Great start. He then found out why my tire pressure gauge was lit up-a screw was sticking out of my tire. Unfortunately it was not in a place that could be repaired so I had to purchase a new tire. I had thought that I could wait it out a bit longer, and hadn't put the time in to inspect them myself, so I was glad the service team looked into it. I got a set of Kumho tires at the dealership, had an alignment done and it was all cheaper than the last set I bought at a different shop.
