Thank you for your time on the phone today. We apologize for your frustration. This is simply not the case. The pictures you reviewed online of the vehicle were personally shot with all the equipment shown. The equipment is auto populated from the serial number. We extended a goodwill gesture and agreed to have you return the vehicle after you agreed to the sales terms and left with the vehicle. We feel good about our process and goodwill efforts. Thank you

For the viewers, I just want to make a statement that they did give me a call today and I was frustrated because of the simplest fact the dealership did not want to take responsibility of the fact that they still have inaccurate information of the car description. Also they did not want to take responsibility that is their job to make sure the pictures and a car descriptions match on the vehicle. On top of that, they also try to say that the phone call never took place and because it wasn't in their record. Implying the confirmation phone call conversation about the car description and photos with the lady never happen. So I'm just letting reviewers know if the car pictures and description do not match, I highly advise you not to go down there to check out that vehicle even if you call and they tell you the description is correct. I even highly advise you not to buy a car from the dealership. If you look into other reviews on Google and Facebook, you will learn I'm not the only one they have done this too. As to stated on the phone, it was a life lessons learnt as a first car buyer on my own. Thank you!

After researching and reviewing your initial phone conversation regarding the Sorento over the last 24 hours, we discovered that you were provided incorrect equipment by our third-party Call Center. The Call Center engages during peak hours to ensure all calls are handled promptly. While your call was handled promptly it was not handled correctly. After closely listening to the call, we determined the third-party representative informed you that the vehicle had equipment that did not exist based upon information that was auto-populating on our website as “optional” equipment from a Review. After closely looking at the manner this information was populating, we have taken measures to remove the “Review” information from displaying under Vehicle Descriptions based upon each vehicle’s unique serial number. Doing this will eliminate the inclusion of any third-party information from each vehicle listing. While these last 24 hours have been grueling for both of us, we want to express our sincere appreciation of the opportunity you provided us as well as pointing out the flaw on our website.
