Excellent service dept. Took just as long as they said. When I got to the dealership for my service, I was told it would take 2 hours and it took almost exactly that long. They stand by their brand! Have been bringing my Kia for service to Coastal since 2013/14. Majority of my service appts have been with Bob. Only met Howard this past time. Never an issue with getting appts, Bob is always polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He explains in terms I can understand and recommends needed service for the future. Have had several issues with the car that were covered under warranty/recall and he set up a rental for me. Because Kia stands by their product, my hubby and son purchased Kias also. We are now a 3 Kia family!! More
