He listened when I expressed my preferences, responded in a way that didn’t disregard me, and kept things very balanced between comical/casual yet professional/honest. He is most definitely a natural salesman, but more importantly a good guy. Mike made the technicalities a breeze but made sure that I wasn’t missing anything important, and like Jason just has a genuine ease about him that I really appreciated. Maybe I just got lucky, but I was far more pleased with my new car and the overall experience than I expected I would be. Shockingly Unparalleled Service I purchased a used 2018 Kia Soul from another retailer and it was delivered unsafe to drive due to a non-disclosed electrical defect. Coastal Kia (and I purchased a used 2018 Kia Soul from another retailer and it was delivered unsafe to drive due to a non-disclosed electrical defect. Coastal Kia (and specifically Sam) stepped into my chaotic situation and immediately began putting everything in place. They were able to find the issue, advocate with my warranty company, get me connected with temporary transportation, kept me updated during the entire process, and remained patient with me during changes in my schedule. Truthfully, I never had to worry about a thing because they took care of all of it and they have earned a lifetime customer with their amazing service from start to finish! More
