Everyone was friendly. Our salesperson tried hard, but was ill informed about the car's equipment. We had several negative surprises during and after the purchase. We were told the vehicle had xm/sirius radio, power seats, a power lift gate, and a spare tire. It came with none of these. The deal breaker would have been the satellite radio. We had been there for hours working out a deal, waited 45 minutes for the car to be detailed, and then found out it wasn't equipped with the radio we expressly asked for. Our "yea, we got a new car!" became an "oh, we got a new car." Spent another $200 getting it installed at Best Buy, but it's not the same. More
