Service Dept/Sales Dept Sam in the Service Dept was very kind and friendly. they do need to communicate better -this means that when a customer's car is ready to call the cu Sam in the Service Dept was very kind and friendly. they do need to communicate better -this means that when a customer's car is ready to call the customer and not have the customer call them- my car had been ready for about 2 hrs and I had to call them to see if it was ready (3:00 pm) is when I got to pick my car up. The shuttle drive was great, no issues. Very Prompt. Sales- we got our car back in Aug 2018- the car is awesome- came with one key- should have had another- we ask about this before final paper work was done- and was told we would get a care due to it having to be made by Toyota. Ok here we are December- No key! 1st oil change- no one ever got back with us- then was quoted $310 for a KEY!!!?? This was not happening- Valet Key still no word- that ok we will do hat we have to do but it will not get done there. We pay enough to have a good vehicle but we should not have to pay for an extra key- I understand sales can be hectic but remember you customer's always, this is why we have Sales- due to the CUTOMER. Easy Service! We had a recall item that needed service and a dashboard light that needed addressing. The service guy gave us a time estimate for the recall, checked the dashboard light and gave us a time estimate for that, and sure enough, our car was ready in the estimated time frame! They even offered us shuttle service instead of the waiting room. We chose to wait based on the time estimate and were very comfortable while we waited. The air conditioning became pretty chilly (it was 40 degrees outside) but they kindly remedied this! Can't ask for better service! More

Jason Stone Is Awesome I purchased a 2018 (I wanted a 2018, not a 2019) Stinger Premium (one of the reviewers called it a spaceship) from Jason Stone. When it comes to spend I purchased a 2018 (I wanted a 2018, not a 2019) Stinger Premium (one of the reviewers called it a spaceship) from Jason Stone. When it comes to spending money, I am a very HARD negotiator and difficult to deal with. Jason went thru all types of hoops to get me what I wanted, and it still wasn't good enough for me. He handled things very well, considering who he had to deal with. Jason has a plaque of Excellence above his desk. I want to see that plaque accumulate many times over and if you deal with Jason Stone, you won't be able to help yourself, because underneath Jason is a down-to-earth, sweet and all-around good guy who wants to do the best for you. I did not find my experience with Hayward Mcdonald (finance mgr) as pleasing. I found him to be very robotic and I hardly had a chance to get a word in edge-wise. I also felt that he could have and should have lowered the cost on the extended warranty more (he lowered it a bit). Sometimes it's wiser to lose a little (money) in the present when you can gain a lot more (money) in the future. That was not a wise business move on his part IMO. Rina M. More

Service folk are always courteous and helpful with keeping me on track with scheduling and maintenance. Shuttle driver, Bob, is a highlight of service visits... Always a pleasant conversation during transport. All in all I'd say my kia has been a positive purchase. And don't be fooled by lower ratings for price in survey, I think everyone charges too much these days. More
