Sam Weisman (Service Cnsultant) was excellent!... but Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take car Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take care of the many service customers during my visit. Also because of the customer volume and apparent lack of service personnel, it took two hours to get a simple oil change and car wash. The customer care attitude was strong, but overall capacity needs fortifying. More

Nice experience The repairs took longer than I expected. Over 2 hours. When asked if you had loaner cars were told that you had a shuttle van. Friendly reliable service Overall great service department. Sam was very nice and keep me informed about the progress while I waited. I drove from Jacksonville to come here because the service department is really great. All of the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The sales department was very personable and entertaining while you waited. Pat Koballa, John Wigger and Justin Prince are doing a great job with this dealership. I will definitely be back. More
