We bought a Toyota because of their reputation for quality. There is already an issue with the brakes (started at 20k miles) and the service center wants $300 to address it (under full warranty mind y quality. Basically trying to tell me it’s just the way that model is - it’s a 2023 Highlander and basically brand new!. They are arrogant to the point of outright rudeness. We also waited nearly a year for a second key due to “supply chain issues” but were called multiple times over the course of that year saying our key was in, only to be told it wasn’t once we drove 45 minutes to their facility. When we were finally given the second key it was after my wife had to pitch an absolute fit over them calling us and the.n acting like they didn’t know what we were talking about when we arrived. After telling her it wasn’t there after receiving a call from them and driving all the way over there, they mysteriously found it. I’m guessing it was probably there the first time we were called several months ago. I still think Toyota is a great car but this is a terrible dealership when it comes to helping, or even being at all courteous to the customer. Basically, once you’ve made your purchase you are treated as a nuisance when trying to receive the service you are paying for through their warranty. We are going to take our car to another Toyota dealer for service going forward and will absolutely never buy a car from this location again. I’ve been absolutely shocked at how indifferent they are to customers here. More

I went with the idea of buying a specific car I had seen online. However Kent Givens showed me other options, with no pressure to buy any car. When I bought my car, I paid extra to get a car when my car was being serviced. For the first time since I bought the car,I was told that I wasn't going to get ia loaner and, Rob Smith told me that he woul car was being serviced. Additionally, I was told I had a nail in the rim of my tire and needed another tire. I took it to Costco where I bought the tire and there was a pin hole. They patched it and the tire has been fine. I don't know that I will be bringing my car back. More
