Extremely disappointed! The skid plate on my truck was removed for an oil change and not only was it reinstalled wrong it was covered with oil. It was so cockeyed my wife as The skid plate on my truck was removed for an oil change and not only was it reinstalled wrong it was covered with oil. It was so cockeyed my wife ask, what’s wrong with your truck. I was first in line the next morning but was put in a long line of other customers. Very frustrating since the problem was caused by the service department. The last thing I wanted to do was drive an hour to have them correct the problem. I thought they were working on my issue. However after an hour I asked for a status and that is when I learned I was “still” 3 in line. By the way, I drive past two Toyota dealerships to go to this - not anymore. More
