It took 7 hours for my son to get my oil change and some flushes. He should have been told in the beginning if there was going to be a delay so he could have made an informed decision about staying or comin flushes. It’s usually about 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to get serviced. This wait was longer than usual which caused a huge inconvenience. Missed appointments and late for work. Seven hour wait time for the service provided was absolutely ridiculous. More

This guy Todd Pluger has NO DECORUM about him, wants to argue, talk over you, and one of the worst persons to represent a business I've come accross in my 64 years dealing with businesses. My complaint ( about grease left on my mats & door handle ) was followed by "We have 6000 vehicles come through here monthly, how can we be perfect", followed by we will clean your mats, NOT OFFER NEW ONES ! Then the constant arguing was unprofessional. My advice, go ANYWHERE ELSE, you are a number, nothing more !! Worse yet, my old parts were requested, but no given. Todd didn't like my attitude so he brings in parts with a rag ( not in a bag ) and lays them on service bay floor for me to pick up...I asked for a trash bag or towel to handle them, he refused....forcing me to grab some paper from trash can so I could pick them up without grease on my hands. Disgusting behavior ! More
