When I drop my car off at "Toyota" I expect the inner workings of the building to be mostly invisible to me. The fact that collision center and service center are separate and then y'all implied that I d workings of the building to be mostly invisible to me. How can I get charged $100 for a diagnostic at toyota that somehow doesn't transfer to a different place at Toyota?
