Had 2 recalls. Only one was addressed. The other recall I was told had to have a part ordered and was supposed to take 2-3 days. It has been 3 weeks. I paid for the Only one was addressed. I paid for the extended warranty but was told I would only be supplied a rental if the repairs took more than a day which it is but I was refused a rental. Still have a fire hazard recall which is not being addressed. More

So this is the regular location to do my oil change and the maintenance of my car, but this last visit the person who took care of me at the beginning was kind of rude, looks that he was having a bad day a the maintenance of my car, but this last visit the person who took care of me at the beginning was kind of rude, looks that he was having a bad day and he look tired as well, so I felt a little bit of attitude. It was the first time I did not feel welcome. At the end of service Carlos took care of the check out and he was really nice. So thank you Carlos!! Don’t remeber the name of the first one, but I hope he’s doing better now. More

Got us in and out in a fair time frame. However, the morning after getting a tire rotation from the service center, one of the tire sensors notified of low pressure.
